摘要
简要介绍了祁县的水生态背景,针对该县水环境现状及存在的问题,提出了水环境防治对策。
This paper introduces the water ecological background of Qixian County,and in the light of the present situation of and some existing problems in the water environment of this county,puts forward some countermeasures for protecting the water environment.
