摘要
EB—1型气流下降式烤房的炉灶及重叠排列成三层的火管装置在烤房内的一侧,进风洞开设在安装炉灶及火管的侧面墙角,由设置在地平下的排湿沟及包围烟囱的直立套筒进行排湿,靠排湿套筒顶部的墙壁上开设回气窗,热气能进行部分内循环和外循环,具有节能效果。烤房内湿热空气随温度降低比重增大,从上往下流经烟层,不会在烟叶周围长期停留,能有效的防止烟叶“倒汗”,减少“挂灰”,提高烟叶烘烤质量。
The furnace and three tier flue pipe of EB_1 down draft flue curing barn are set along the wall which has air inlets in the foot.Moist air is exhausted by ditches underground and a collar arround the chimney.There is an air cycling window in the wall next to the upper part of the wet air exhausting collar.Hot air may partially cycle within the barn,thus energy can be saved.When temperature drops,wet hot air in the barn gets heavier and passes tobacco leaves from the top to the bottom and will not stay arround the leaves.As a result,tobacco leaves are prevented from scalding,the quality of the cured tobacco is improved.
