摘要
以ODSC18为分析柱,磷酸盐缓冲溶液作流动相,建立了葡萄酒中酒石酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸、琥珀酸的高效液相色谱分析方法。对多种葡萄酒样品进行了分析,回收率均为93%以上,变异系数小于3.14%。该方法简便、快速。
The High Performance Liquid Chromatographic (HPLC) method is employed for determining the tartaric acid, malic acid, citric acid, succinic acid in wine, with ODS C 18 of column and mobile phase of phesphate buffer. The recovery rate is above 93%. Coefficients of variation is less than 3.14%. Several kinds of wine are analysed. This method is convenient, rapid and accurate.
