摘要
为了解决纤维素固态发酵中易污染杂菌的问题,研究了康氏木霉W925和扣囊拟内孢霉Ef983在纤维素酶发酵中的微生态关系,探讨了促进纤维素酶发酵,同时抑制杂菌生长的微生态发酵技术。W925与Ef983混合,28~35℃发酵96h,最高酶活性为529mg/(g·h)。
In order to avoid pollution of mixed strain for celluluse ferments in a solid state,we have investigated the micro ecology relation when Trichoderma koingii W 925 and Endom copsis Fibuligera Ef 983 are fermented together, aimed at promoting the micro ecology fementation techniques of controlling mixed strain growth. When W 925 is combined with Ef 983 to ferment at the temperature of 28-35℃ for 96 hour, the highest cellulase activity amounts to 529 mg/(g·h).
