摘要
本文用顶空进样法测定了合成药物佐匹克隆中残留溶剂异丙醚的残留量，用自制顶空瓶顶空测定，外标法测定，最小检出浓度为０１６μｇｇ，标准液的线性范围是００２５～８０１μｇｍｌ，相关系数γ＝０９９９０，样品的回收率为９８３％～１０３２％。
In this paper,the redsidual organic solvent was determined by headspace GC.The detection limit of the headspace GC was 0.16 μgg.There was a good linear correlation(r=0 9990)in the range of 0.025 to 8.01 μgml.The average recovery was 98.3%～103 2%。
