摘要 采用顶空气相色谱法对多种市售酱油的甲醇含量进行了测定,此方法避免了对色谱柱和检测器的污染,免除了蒸馏的繁琐步骤.利用保留时间定性,单点校正法对甲醇进行定量。甲醇的加标回收率为91.3%~100.3%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.28%-3.03%.方法简单、快速,灵敏度高,准确性好,适合于酱油中甲醇含量的测定。 A method is developed for the determination of methanol in many sauce samples by headspace gas chromatography in this paper. It can not only avoid the pollution to chromatographic column and detector but also exempt the complex distillation steps by the method. The qualitative method of retention time is used, and the content of methanol in sauce samples is determined by quantitative method of single-point correction. The recovery is 91.3%-100.3%,and the relative standard deviation is from 0.3% to3.0%. The advantages of this method are simple, rapid, sensitive and accuracy. It is suitable for the determination of methanol in different kinds of sauce samples.
