摘要
本文根据霍夫斯塔德的跨文化比较理论,将我国与英、美等国家在五个文化维度上的差异进行了对比,在此基础上分析了文化差异对我国地方政府绩效评估管理可能产生的影响,并据此对我国实施地方政府绩效管理提出政策建议,以消除或缓解影响,促进我国地方政府绩效管理的健康发展。
Based on Hofstede's cross -cultural theory, the paper compares the cultural differences of western countries such as Britain, America etc. with that of China in five dimensions, analyzes the possible influence of cultural differences on the performance management and makes recommendations about the implementation of local government performance management so as to eliminate or relieve the influence and promote the healthy development of our local government performance management.
