摘要
由于传统带式输送机电气系统存在启动加速度不平稳的缺陷,易引起皮带跑偏甚至撕裂皮带的安全事故,而且带式输送机电气传动系统好坏直接关系到生产过程的安全可靠性和经济性。本文提出了基于遗传禁忌算法的自适应PID控制器来实现直接转矩控制的转速闭环方案。该方案在改进遗传算法的基础上加入禁忌变异算子并以误差绝对值时间积分性能指标作为最小目标函数。仿真实验表明,系统具有超调量小,调节时间较短,抗干扰性强,鲁棒性好的优点。
Starting speed is unsmoothed in the traditional belt conveyor electric drive system,which causes the belt off tracking or split and even safety accident.The controllable drive system of the belt conveyor directly impacts on the running safety reliability and economy in production.The adaptive PID controller based on the genetic tabu algorithms is implemented as the scheme of speed closed loop of DTC system.The scheme of the tabu mutation operator on the base of the improved genetic algorithms is added and the performance index of error absolute value time integral as the minimal object function.The simulation experiment shows that the system has strong points that are shorter overshoot and regulating time,anti-disturbance is stronger,robust is better.
