摘要
叙述了基于PC/104和步进电机的三轴转台控制器的设计和实现。该控制器采用PC/104作为中央处理器,系统兼容性好、扩展能力强、软件开发周期短;用48路强驱动数字输出板(HSM-3221/3222)为I/O板设计接口电路,大多数逻辑均在PC/104内实现,可靠性高、抗干扰能力强;对步进电机的控制主要采用软件控制的方式,控制简单方便,节省资源。
Based on PC/104 and the step motor controller, which can control 3 axes in same time, is described in this paper. This controller which takes PC/104 as its central processing unit, and use HSM-3221/3222 to design its interface circuit, has lots of good characteristics. We take the method of combining the software and hardware to control the step motor, which makes it easy to control and economical.
