地尔硫卓治疗非ST段抬高型心肌梗死后难治性心绞痛疗效观察 被引量：8

摘要 目的观察静脉应用地尔硫卓治疗非ST段抬高型心肌梗死后难治性心绞痛的临床疗效。方法50例符合非ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者经常规药物治疗无效后,静脉给予地尔硫卓持续微泵注入48h,观察心绞痛症状、心电图及血压、心率变化。结果50例UAP患者静脉输注地尔硫卓显效40例,有效6例,总有效率为92%;用药后48h平均心绞痛发作次数减少,平均心绞痛时间缩短;血压下降、心率减慢,心肌耗氧量指数降低;治疗后24h和48h心电图缺血性表现明显改善;出现3例窦性心动过缓、2例低血压。结论静脉应用地尔硫卓治疗非ST段抬高型心肌梗死后难治性心绞痛对于缓解症状、改善心肌缺血是安全而有效的。
