摘要
芙蓉韧皮纤维是天然麻类纤维之一,本文采用浸酸与二煮相结合的方法对其进行脱胶,在预处理过程中加入了适量的渗透剂JFC试剂进行水煮,可以在很大程度上溶胀芙蓉韧皮纤维,为后面工序提供方便;在二煮中加入了双氧水,通过氧化作用去除一部分胶质,同时完成了漂白工序。通过添加各种助剂,减少了碱的用量。本文还对纤维的形态结构和拉伸性能进行了分析。
Bast fiber of hibiscus is one natural fiber,in this paper,the combination method of pickling and adding second boiling was used to degum.Proper JFC was added to the process of pretreatment in order to get better swelling the fiber and provide convenient for the follow process.The hydrogen peroxide was put in the second boiling to oxidant and remove parts of degumming;the process of bleaching was completed at the same time.The quantity of alkali has been reduced by adding various additives.The structure and tensile property of bast fiber of hibiscus was studied.
