摘要
文章介绍了天然纤维主要是剑麻纤维与苎麻纤维的组成与性能,总结了剑麻纤维与苎麻纤维常用的物理和化学改性方法;简述了几种潜在能作为摩擦材料基体的热塑性树脂的性能,综述了天然纤维增强聚合物基复合材料以及天然纤维增强聚合物基摩擦材料的研究进展,最后得出由于天然纤维以及热塑性树脂的优异性能,天然纤维增强热塑性树脂摩擦材料的研究将会产生重大意义。
The constitutes and performance of natural fiber that mainly sisal fiber and ramie fiber were introduced and the accustomed physical and chemical modification of sisal fiber and ramie fiber were summarized. The performances of some king of thermoplastics matrices which can become the matrix of friction material were also formulated. It also has been summarized that the research and progress of natural fiber reinforced polymer matrix composites and natural fiber reinforced polymer matrix friction materials,and generalized that the research of natural fiber reinforced polymer matrix friction materials would bring important meaning due to the excellence performance of friction material and thermoplastics matrices.
