摘要
目前,肺部疾病尤其是肺癌依然是威胁人类健康的主要疾病,早期准确地对该疾病的诊断、分期和再分期、治疗疗效评价等方面仍是临床的热点和难点问题。正电子发射型计算机断层显像(PET)/CT显像技术通过反映组织和病变的功能、代谢等分子水平上的变化,对肺部疾病的诊疗具有独特的优势和临床应用价值。本文通过复习相关文献及结合典型病例,对PET/CT在肺部疾病中的应用进行简要的概述。
At present, lung diseases, particularly lung cancer, remain the major diseases that threaten human health, and the diagnosis, staging and re-staging and therapy evaluation of lung diseases are still the hot and difficult problems. PET （ positron emission tomography） imaging can display the organie functions, metabolism, and other information at molecular level. PET has unique advantages and clinical application value in the diagnosis of lung diseases. This paper reviews the related litera- tures and presents typical cases for the discussion of PET/CT in lung diseases.
