摘要
文章从"以人为本"科学发展的内涵和在图书馆建设中的基本特征,论述了坚持"以人为本"创造和谐图书馆的氛围必须建立领导、馆员、读者三者之间和谐关系,积极开展创新服务,不断更新服务观念、服务内容、服务手段,并落实到图书馆的服务工作中。
Inspired by the contents of human-oriented concept of scientific development and their basic features in the construction of a library,this paper states that a human-oriented,harmonious library requires a harmonious relation among library leaders,faculty and staff,and readers.And meanwhile it is important to continuously innovate services by refreshing ideas,contents and means of service.
