摘要
利用系统聚类分析方法,通过对丝核菌菌丝融合一群Rhizoctoniasolani(AG1)的23个菌株在七个同功酶电泳所显示的50个表现型进行了遗传分析。结果显示,23个丝核菌菌株可聚类为三大类,他们分别代表了丝核菌菌丝融合一群中的三个亚群AGⅠA,AGⅠB,AGⅠC;其中第一聚类又可进一步分为四个亚类。同功酶的分析证实了丝核菌菌丝融合1群中的三个亚群的分类概念是具有遗传背景的,并可作为丝核菌菌丝融合群之间及群内分类的重要手段。
Twenty three isolates of Rhizoctonia solani AG 1 were characterized by isozyme electrophoretic patterns. Of the ten enzyme systems selected, seven enzymes with a total fifty phenotypes were applied to study the genetic relationship among the AG 1 isolates. Cluster analysis was used for isozyme pattern analysis and 23 isolates of R. solani were separated into three distinct groups (Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ). Group was Ⅰ represented by all AG1 Ⅰ A isolates, while group Ⅱ and Group Ⅲ were represented by AG1 Ⅰ B and AG1 Ⅰ C, respectively. A diverse variation of phenotypes was found in group Ⅰ, which can be subdivided into four subgroups namely subgroup 1, 2, 3, and 4. The results of isozyme analysis showed that three subgroups, AG1 Ⅰ A, AG1 Ⅰ B and AG1 Ⅰ C, is genetically based.
