摘要
技术创新网络关系到高新区的创新能力及发展,完善高新区的技术创新网络对于提高区域竞争力以及推动经济增长有着重要意义。文章通过研究国内外高新区技术创新网络实践经验,结合兰州高新区技术创新网络的特点,分析其中存在的问题,并提出了优化硬件设施和制度安排、明确定位、加强企业间战略联盟、健全产学研机制等解决对策。
High-tech Technological Innovation Network relate to the innovative capability and development of high-tech zones. Perfecting technological innovation network is a matter with great significance which can improve regional competitiveness and promote economic growth. Basic on research of practices of china and abroad high-tech zone technological innovation networks and characteristics of Lanzhou high-tech zone technological innovation networks, this article analyzed the problems on technological innovation network of Lanzhou high-tech industrial development zone, and proposed to optimize hardware, facilities and institutional arrangements, clear positioning, strengthen strategic alliances among enterprises, improve industry-university -research mechanisms and so on.
