关节镜下自体四股腘绳肌肌腱单束重建前交叉韧带 被引量：3

摘要 目的评价关节镜下关节镜下自体四股腘绳肌肌腱单束重建前交叉韧带临床疗效。方法2006年8月～2008年10月,19例前交叉韧带断裂患者,采用关节镜下自体四股腘绳肌肌腱单束重建前交叉韧带,观察其临床疗效。结果17例获得随访,时间半年到2年,所有膝关节不稳消失,Lachman试验阴性、前抽屉试验阴性,膝关节屈伸00～1200,采用Lysholm膝关节评分由术前56分增加到95分。结论关节镜下自体四股腘绳肌肌腱单束重建前交叉韧带是治疗前交叉韧带断裂的有效方法。
