摘要
花粉管的生长和发育是植物有性生殖过程中重要环节。本文首先介绍了花粉管的结构及其脉冲生长方式。然后介绍了花粉粒在柱头上萌发、花粉管在花柱道中生长及其进入胚囊的一些特点,同时还介绍了雌蕊在花粉管生长发育所起的重要作用。
Pollen grains of flowering plants are highly specialized two to three cell gametophytes that deliver sperm to the egg.After maturation,pollen grain must interact specifically with the receptive famale tissues and germinate a highly polarized pollen tube that repidly grows through the style to the ovule for fertilization.Some observation of pollen tubes show that these tubes grow in a pulsatory fashion through the style.Recent analyses of pollen surface molecules and extra cellular matrix molecules along the pollen tube growth pathway have produced insights into the molecular and biochemical bases of some of these interactions.These studies,together with the genetic analysis of sexual reproduction,are elucidating the molecular mechanism under lying pollination and fertilization.
