摘要
用原子吸收分光光度法分别测定了黄芩根、茎、叶中11种金属元素的含量。发现叶、茎中富含镁、铬、镍、铁、钾、锰元素;叶中镁、钾、铬、镍、钴、铁、锰、铅的含量明显高于根中,锌、钼的含量和根中接近;茎中锌、锰、钾、铅的含量远高于根中,钴、镍、铬、钼、铁的含量和根中接近。
Eleven metallic elements in the root,stem and leaf of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi were detected with the atomic absorption spectrophotometry.It was found that leaf and stem abound with Mg,Cr,Ni,Fe and K.elements Mg,K,Cr,Ni,Co,Fe,Mn and Pb in the leaf were clearly richer than that in the root;the contents of elements Zn and Mo in the leaf were similarly eqivalent to that in the root.Elements Zn,Mn,K and Pb in the stem were far richer than that in the root;the contents of elements Co,Ni,Cr,Mo and Fe in the stem were similarly equivalent to that in the root.
