摘要
目的：建立测定银胡感冒海棉剂中绿原酸含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法：采用Global Chromatography C18柱，以甲醇-0．4％磷酸（25：75）为流动相，流速1ml／min，检测波长327nm，柱温30℃。结果：绿原酸在0．152～0．76μg范围内，有良好的线性关系，回归方程为Y=31．4334x-12．7125，r=0．9999；平均回收率为99．69％，RSD=2．43％（n=6）。结论：该所建方法简便，快捷，重复性均较好，可用于银胡感冒海绵剂的质量控制。
Objetctive： To establish a method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in the Yinhu Gaomao Haimianji. Methods： The chromatographic conditions were as fotlows： The separation was carried out on a Global Chromatography C18 column, the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0. 4% H3PO4 （25： 75）, the detection wavelength at 327 nm and the flow rate being 1 ml · min^-1. The column temperature was 30℃. Results： A linearity of Chlorogenic acid in the extract was obtained in the range of 0. 152 - 0. 76μg , r = 0. 9999, The average recovery was 99. 69% and RSD = 2. 43%. Conclusion： The method is siMple, rapid, reliabl and can be used to control the quality of Chlorogenic acid in the Yinhu Gaomao San.
