摘要 目的:研究绿原酸溶液的稳定性。方法:利用薄层扫描法对绿原酸供试液在不同光线强度和温度条件下的稳定性进行了研究。结果:置棕色瓶、冰箱(2°C) 保存时供试液最稳定;置无色瓶,室温(26 ~30°C) 条件下绿原酸最易分解。结论:可供检验工作者参考。 Objective:To study the stability of the solution of chlorogenic acid. Methods: The stability of the solution of chlorogenic acid under different lights and temperatures was studied by TLCS method. Results: The tests show that the most stable state to be kept the solution in brown volumetric flask and store it in refrigerater at temperature of 2°C. When the solution was kept in clear volumetric flask and stored at the temperature of 26~30°C, the chlorogenic acid was unstable. Conclusion: It can be as reference for test worker.
