介绍了3GDMC1500/1100A大型无压给料三产品重介质旋流器不分级、不脱泥分选极难选煤的总体效果,指出其分选下限已达0.25 mm。阐述了没有必要将原料煤分级、脱泥后分别用重介质(或跳汰)分选机、干扰床煤泥分选机进行分选的理由。
The effect of 3GDMC1500/1100A unpressurized feeding three-product dense-medium cyclone in separating difficultly-washed coal was introduced.The lower limit of separation reaches 0.25 mm.The reasons were explained that feed coal sizing and desliming with dense-medium（or jig） separator and hindered bed separator were unnecessary.
