摘要 鹅卵巢中含有众多的卵泡,产蛋期卵巢中总存在陆续成熟、大小不等的卵泡。卵泡壁由颗粒层和膜层组成,中以基膜相隔。颗粒层成于颗粒细胞。卵泡膜有成纤维细胞和分泌细胞,两种细胞混杂在一起,以至于卵泡膜的内外层分界不清,且在卵泡膜外层含有典型的平滑肌细胞。禽类产蛋性能主要由发育至等级发育阶段的卵泡数决定,而促进卵泡发育的等级与阶段主要取决于体外激素的分泌。 The goose ovary contains many ovarian follicles, there always are follicles of varying sizes, which are gradually matured in laying period of the ovary. Follicle wall is made up of the granular layer and the rete, which are separated by basement membrane. Granular layer is formed by the granulosa cells. Theca folliculi constitute of fibroblasts and secreting cells, two kinds of cells mix together, so the internal and external theca layer's boundaries is unclear, and in the follicle outer membrane contains a typical smooth muscle cells. Birds egg production performance is most decided by the development stages from the developed to the level of the number of follicles and to promote the level and stage of follicle development depends primarily on the secretion of vitro hormone.
