摘要
基于钢丝绳与压盘之间的接触形式,实验得到不同弹簧直径、钢丝绳直径和比压,在常温下与有效提升力之间的相关规律,推导出了符合实际工况条件的修正后的欧拉公式。研究结果对于提升机的可靠性设计和安装具有一定的理论指导价值。
In view of contacting patterns of the wire rope and the liner,the experiment obtains the relative law between effective lifting force and spring diameter,rope diameter and specific pressure,under the normal temperature condition.It also derives the revised Euler s formula in line with the actual working condition.The result shows that it has some guidance to reliability design and installation of friction-hoist.
