摘要 目的:研究HIF-1α、VEGF在COPD及慢支大鼠肺组织的表达情况及意义。方法:采用烟熏法制作慢支及COPD模型,应用免疫组化法检测肺组织中HIF-1α、VEGF的表达。结果:慢支组及COPD组HIF-1α、VEGF在大鼠肺组织中的表达均较正常组增加(P<0.05);HIF-1α、VEGF在COPD组与慢支组大鼠肺组织中的表达差异无显著性(P>0.05);直线相关分析显示,模型组HIF-1α与VEGF的表达呈正相关。结论:慢支组及COPD组大鼠肺组织中HIF-1α、VEGF的表达增加,二者参与气道炎症及结构的重塑。 Objective:To investigate the significance and expression of HIF-1α and VEGF in rats model with COPD and the chronic bronchitis. Methods:Cigarette somoking was used to build the mode of COPD and the chronic bronchitis. HIF-1α and VEGF expression in lung tissue were detected by immunohistechemistry methods. Results:The HIF-1α and VEGF was positively expressed in lung tissue of COPD and chronic bronchitis rat model compared with control group (P〈0.05). The expression of HIF-1α and VEGF was no significant difference between the lung tissue of COPD and chronic bronchitis (P〉0.05). There was a positive correlation between the HIF-1α and VEGF in model groups (r=0.494 ).Conclusion:Expression of HIF-1α and VEGF in lung tissue increased in COPD and chronic bronchitis rats. HIF-1α and VEGF may anticipate the airway inflammation and remodeling in COPD.
