摘要
本文界定了任免类公文的定义,明确区分出其使用范围,概括了任免类公文的通用写作模式,总结了任免类公文写作上应注意的问题,并针对任免类公文在使用中经常出现的错用、混用现象提出了区分、选用文种的方法和见解。
The paper defined the category of documents or definition,clearly distinguished its scope of application,summarized the document of appointment and removal of general writing mode,it summed up the problem which should pay attention to writing the document of appointment and removal,for the documents of appointment and removal occur often the fault and mixed phenomenon in use,put forward the methods and insights.to make a distinction between the choice of text types and select text types
