摘要
依据安乃近将高铁离子还原为亚铁离子 ,后者在 p H3~ 9范围内可与邻菲口罗啉配位显色 ,藉分光光度法测定了药物中的安乃近 ,安乃近浓度在 1~ 1 2 μg.m L-1内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系。所拟方法用于安乃近的测定 。
The analgin in medicine was determined in this paper by a spectrophotometric method,which is based on analgin reducing Fe3+into Fe2 +,and forming a red complex Fe(phen) 2 + 3 in the range of p H3.0~ 9. 0 .Beer′s law is obeyed in the range of1~ 1 2 μg.m L-1of analgin.The obtained results were in agreement with those by the Chinese pharmacopeia′s method.
