摘要
根据维生素Ｃ与１，１０－二氮杂菲－铁（Ⅲ）形成有色络合物在５１０ｎｍ处有最大吸收，利用流动注射分析测定其含量，片剂和注射剂测定结果分别与１９９０年版中国药典法相比较，ｔ检验均无显著差异．该法简便，快速．
Ascorbic acid was determined by FIA based on the formation of ferroin when ascorbic acid reacted with a mixture of iron(Ⅲ) and 1,10-phen-anthroline and measurement of the absorbance at 510nm.This simple and rapid method gave the comparable results of the official method.
