摘要
固氮细菌与植物根际的联合固氮作用是目前研究的热点之一．本文在查阅和整理大量资料的基础上，对目前国内外此项研究的情况作了一个简单的概括．介绍了联合固氮作用的测定方法：分析了联合固氮作用的影响因素；并着重介绍了几种联合固氮体系（包括宿主与固氮菌两个方面）．本文还注意到联合固氮作用的研究已不限于禾本科植物，木本科植物的根际联合固氮作用也已被发现．
The associative nitrogen tixation between plant rhizosphere and azotobater is one of the current researh focuses. This article brieny concluded the current research in this field both home and abroad, by introdcing the determinatioll method for associative nitrogen fixation, analysing the factors that affect the associative systems, and emphatichlly introdboing several systems of associative nitrogen fixation (including hosts and azotobaters). In addition,the article also discustal a notable fact that the research on associative nitrogen fixation has not limited to grass with the discoveq of the associative nitrogen fixation in wood-plant.
