摘要
提出牛血清蛋白（ＢＡＳ）敏化氯化血红素ＨＭ－ＫＯＨ－Ｈ２Ｏ２化学发光新体系，测定了痕量血红素，线性范围为８．０×１０－６～８．０×１０－９ｇ·ｍＬ－１．本法用于牛血中痕量牛血红素的直接测定，获得满意结果．
A new chemiluminescence system haemin (HM) KOH H 2O 2 sensibilized by bovine serum albumin(BSA) is presented. Based on this reaction, the trace amount of HM in borine blood can be determind with good resules. The linear range is 8.0×10 -6 ~8.0×10 -9 g·mL -1 . The mechanism of chemiluminescence reaction is discussed preliminarily.
