沥青路面反射裂缝机理及夹层结构应力分析 被引量:16

摘要 目的研究反射裂缝对面层结构内部应力的影响及应力吸收层模量对裂缝尖端应力的影响.方法采用断裂力学理论对路面裂缝的形成和扩展进行分析,利用有限元软件ANSYS对路面结构进行数值模拟,研究沥青结合料路面反射裂缝产生机理.结果有裂缝的路面结构在裂缝尖端处的剪应力和拉应力均有突变,裂缝尖端的应力场有明显的奇异性.在车辆动载的作用下,半刚性基层裂缝尖端剪应力的奇异性导致裂缝反射到沥青面层上.结论选择低模量、抗剪切能力强的应力吸收层能够抑制剪切型反射裂缝的发展. This paper focuses on the study of internal stress effects at the reflective cracking in the pavement structure and the effect of stress absorbing layer modulus on crack tip stress. By analyzing the pavement cracks shape and expansion by fracture mechanics theory, the experiments simulate the structure of the surface by the f'mite element software ANSYS, studying the mechanism of shaping reflection cracks in the asphalt concrete pavement. The results are shown as the pavement structure containing cracks have a mutation of shear stress and tensile stress at the crack tips, and stress fields at crack tips have obvious singularity. With the influence of dynamic load, the singularity of shear stress at crack tip on semi-rigid base leads to cracks reflector to the asphalt surface layer. It could be concluded that stress-absorbing layer of low-modulus with strong shearing resistance can inhibit the development of shear-type reflective cracking.
