摘要
目的研究口腔修复材料E-max热压铸瓷、Ceramage聚合瓷、纳米树脂在体外刷洗实验中质量、粗糙度、色彩的变化,评价电动牙刷刷洗磨损对这3种美容修复材料的影响。方法制备E-max热压铸瓷、Ceramage聚合瓷、纳米树脂试件各6片,在室温下用自制的电动牙刷刷洗装置,以牙膏浆为磨损介质,对3组试样分别进行刷洗,每个试样刷洗时间为194.6min,刷洗力度200 N,刷洗后采用单因素方差分析的方法计算实验前后3种试件的质量损失、粗糙度变化值和色彩改变值。结果各组试件刷洗前后质量比较,树脂组和聚合瓷组的质量变化值有统计学差异(P<0.05),3组的质量损失为树脂组>聚合瓷组>热压铸瓷组;粗糙度值变化中,聚合瓷组和树脂组无明显变化,E-max组的粗糙度值增加(P<0.05),肉眼观察无明显变化;实验前后树脂组的色差值改变最大,Ceramage聚合瓷其次,E-max无明显变化。结论电动刷洗会造成树脂材料和聚合瓷的质量损失和颜色改变,引起热压铸瓷的表面粗糙度值的增加。
Objective To study the value of weight, roughness and color changes of E-max heat-pressed ceramics, Ceramage polymer-ceramics and nano-resins in vitro before and after electric toothbrushing. Metheds We prepared 6 pieces of E-max heat-pressed ceramics, eeramage polymer-ceramic and nano-resin specimens. At room temperature, using home-made electric toothbrush, each speci- men was brushed for 194. 6min with brushing force 200 N. We recorded the weight loss, roughness and color change after brushing. Results Specimens in the resin group and Ceramage polymer ceramics group before and after brushing had statistical difference in the value of weight changes( P 〈 0. 05 ). The weight loss of the resin group was the greatest while that of the heat-pressed ceramics group was the smallest. Polymer-ceramics group and the resin group had no significant roughness change, while E-max group roughness increased ( P 〈 0. 05 ). No significant change was observed by the naked eye. The greatest color difference was showed in the resin group before and after experiment , Ceramage polyme-eeramic group was the second, and E-max heat-pressed ceramics group showed no signif- icant change. Conclusions Electric brushing caused the weight loss and color change of resin and E-max surface roughness increased.
