摘要
目的:探讨肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法:对于近端二部分外科颈骨折和合并大结节三部分骨折的46例患者行MSCT检查,并采用肱骨近端锁定板(LPHP)微创治疗及早期康复。结果:术后所有患者随访4～12个月,二部分骨折29例,优10例,良19例,优良率为100%;合并大结节三部分骨折17例,优8例,良9例,可1例,优良率为94.1%。结论:肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端外科颈二部分和大结节三部分骨折,内固定稳定,操作简单,并发症少,可早期进行关节功能锻炼,疗效满意。
Objective： To observe clinical therapeutic effect of locking proximal humerus plate and early rehabilitation on proximal humeral fracture. Methods： 46 cases of MSCT Scanning of proximal humeral fracture were treated with locking proximal humerus plate and early rehabilitation. Results： The excellent rate was 100% in surgical neck proximal humeral fracture group, and 94.1% in greater tubercle fracture group. Conclusion： Locking proximal humerus plate and early rehabilitation is one of the effective treatments for proximal humeral fracture.
