摘要 茶叶加工技术与装备是茶业的基础。1990年以来,全国名优绿茶叶加工机械装备制造业发展较快。目前,茶机制造企业规模小,市场竞争实力弱,创新不足。机械加工茶叶的质量仍普遍低于手工加工的茶叶。茶叶加工机械装备的发展应以市场为导向,以茶叶加工工艺研究为基础,以提高茶叶产品质量为目的,以提高机械装备机械水平为中心,加大创新力度,强化现有产品的升级换代,广泛采用新工艺、新技术、新材料,要求环保节能,全面提升茶叶加工机械装备的适用性和规模化生产能力。 Processing technology and equipments are the basis of tea industry. Mechanical processing equipment manufacturing industry of Chinese famous brand high - quality green tea has developed rapidly since 1990. At present, the scales of tea processing equipment enterprises are small. The market competition strength is weak and the innovation is deficient. The quality of mechanically processed tea is commonly lower than that of hand - made tea. Therefore this paper holds that the development of tea processing equipments must be guided by the market. Be- sides, it must base on the exploration of tea processing techniques to improve the quality of tea product and the level of mechanical processing equipments so as to reinforce innovation and product upgrading and updating. It is also vital to extensively adopt new techniques, new technology and new materials to strengthen environmental protection and energy saving of tea processing equipments so that the suitability and scale of the producing capacity of the tea processing mechanical equipments can be comprehensively promoted.
