摘要
目的:研究蝙蝠葛酚性总碱分散片的制备工艺。方法:在崩解时限,溶出度等多项指标控制下制备蝙蝠葛酚性总碱分散片。结果:以羧甲基淀粉钠,交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,微晶纤维素用2号筛网制粒,崩解时间1.0min以内,分散均匀,稳定性好。结论:蝙蝠葛酚性总碱分散片稳定性试验数据表明,分散片的崩解时限、脆碎度合格,表明该工艺稳定。
Objective：To study the bats Ge phenolic alkaloids Preparation of dispersible tablets. Methods： Preparate dispersible tablets of bats Ge phenolic alkaloids under the control of indicators such as the disintegration time,dissolution and so on. Resuhs：Selecte the condition such as carboxymethyl starch sodium, cross - linked polyvinylpyrrolidone, microcrystalline cellulose, granulation with the No. 2 sieve, the disintegration time ie for less than 1.0min, distributed evenly, and good stability. Conclusion：The prescription is reasonable.
