摘要 目的观察蝙蝠葛酚性碱(PAMD)体外抗肿瘤作用。方法采用MTT比色法测定不同浓度的蝙蝠葛酚性碱对体外处理PC-3(前列腺癌)和BT5637(膀胱癌)细胞株24h的存活率。同时测定药物处理不同细胞株的细胞增殖抑制率和IC50及IC90。实验设立阴性空白对照组和氟尿嘧啶阳性对照组。结果不同浓度蝙蝠葛酚性碱对PC-3和BT5637细胞株的细胞增殖具有抑制作用,抑制作用呈浓度依赖关系,与空白对照组比较具有统计学意义。结论蝙蝠葛酚性碱对体外培养人肿瘤细胞株的增殖有明显的抑制和杀伤作用,显示其具有细胞毒效应。 Objective To study the anti-tumor effect of phenolicalkaloids of Menispermum dauricum(PAMD) in vitro .Methods MaT colorimetric assay was employed to detect the survival rate of PC-3 and BT5637 cells treated with PAMD for 24h. Experiments determined the proliferation inhibition rate, IC50 and IC90 of different cells treated with PAMD of different concentration, established the negative blank control group and positive control group of 5-FU in the experiment. Results Different concentrations of PAMD could directly inhibit the proliferations of PC-3 and BT5637 cells in a concentration dependent manner. Compared with the blank control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion PAMD could inhibit the proliferation of human cancer cells in vitro, this direct lethal and breakdown effect on cancer cells shows its cytotoxic action .
