摘要
本文针对高职院校会计专业毕业生就业难的问题,认为会计专业人才培养应以就业为导向,在增强会计专业毕业生专业能力的同时,注重学生综合素质的培养。
According to the difficult employment situation of accounting major students in higher vocational colleges, this paper holds that talent cultivation of accounting major should be employment-oriented and should emphasize comprehensive quality cuhivation while strengthening major ability cultivation.
