摘要
在简要分析目前高校“法律基础”课教学方法的突出弊端之后，提出了改革教学方法的两条思路，以及实施案例教学法，实践教学法，辩论式教学法和指导自学法等４种教学方法的改进意见．
Puts forward, on the basis of an analysis of the drawbacks now commonly found in the teaching of the course of Fundamentals of Laws in colleges, two ways for its improvement and four practical approaches, namely, case teaching approach, practical approach, debate approach and guided self study approach.
