摘要
目前在校护生由于缺乏系统正规的医学法律教育导致法律意识淡薄,容易引发医疗纠纷。文章针对这种现象提出了通过增加相关法律课程,改革法律教学方法,将法律知识融入护理专业课,实行岗前法律培训,提高护生职业道德,以增强护生法律观念和法律意识,自觉规范护理行为,避免医疗纠纷的发生。
Due to lack of systematic medical law education, today＇s nursing students have faint law awareness, by adding which can easily lead to medical disputes. The paper proposes that medical disputes can be avoided relevant law courses, reforming law teaching method, integrating law into nursing major courses, and providing pre-post law training, which can upgrade nursing students professional ethics, enhance their legal concept and awareness, and standardize their nursing behavior.
