摘要
针对杜813兴隆台油藏蒸汽吞吐中后期的开发现状,研制出一种蒸汽吞吐增效剂,主剂为碳酰二胺,改性磺酸盐FPJ为发泡剂,分析了该增效剂的增效原理,并对其进行了室内性能评价。结果表明,该增效剂体系在地层高温条件下产出CO2和NH3气体,在发泡剂的共同作用下,具有增加驱动能量、扩大蒸汽波及体积、降低原油粘度、稳定粘土矿物的作用。150℃下,增效剂溶液与原油质量比2∶8时,原油降粘率达74.3%;增效剂质量分数为0.3%的溶液,静态洗油率可达86.3%。现场试验表明,该增效技术能将原油从油层深部驱替出来,提高原油采收率及降低采油生产综合成本,对同类油藏的开发具有一定的参考意义。
A synergistic agent for steam huff- puff middle and later period exploitation of Du813 Xinglongtai reservoir was developed with carbamide as main agent and modified sulphonate FPJ as foaming agent. The synergy mechanisms of the synergistic agent were analyzed and its preformance were evaluated in laboratory. The results showed that the synergistic agent produced CO2 and NH3 at high temperature condition of bottom layer. Under the combined action of the foaming agent, the synergistic agent exhibited optimal flooding energy and could expand steam swept volume, reduce oil viscosity, and stabilize clay mineral. Viscosity breaking rate was 74.3% when the mass ratio of the synergistic agent solution to crude oil was 2:8 at 150 ℃. The static oil washing rate was 86.3% when the mass fraction of the synergistic agent solution was 0.3%. The results of field trials showed that the synergy technology was able to displace crude oil from depth of oil layer, increase oil recovery rate and reduce composite cost of oil recovery production. The technology gives a good reference to similar oil reservoir exploitation.
