注水井多轮次化学浅调剖技术研究及应用 被引量:7

Research and application of multi-cycles chemical profile control technology in water injection well

摘要 针对某油田多轮次调剖效果逐次变差现象,应用可视化平板模型得出多轮次调剖效果逐次变差的机理,通过物理模拟研究,得出随调剖轮次增加应逐渐提高调剖强度的结论,并应用数值模拟技术,给出轮次的最佳调剖时机和调剖剂用量。该技术对5口注水井进行了三轮次调剖,平均单井注水压力由调剖前的10.7MPa上升到调后的13.1MPa,上升了2.4MPa,连通油井的含水下降了9.2个百分点。 Aiming at the phenomenon of successively poor effect of multi-cycles chemical profile control technology, by the use of visualization and plate models, the mechanism of its poor effect has been analyzed and concluded. Based on the mechanism analysis and physical simulation, the conclusion finds that with the increasing multi-cycles, the intensity will be enhanced accordingly. With the application of numerical simulation technology, the optimal timing and volume of profile control have been determined. After 3 cycles profile control in 5 water injection wells, the injection pressure of the average single well increased from 10.7 MPa to 13.1 MPa and the water cut of the connected oil wells decreased by 9.2%.
