摘要
教育工作者尤其是班主任在班级管理的过程中,既要做到注重对少数优等生的培养和管理,更要注重对多数中等生和所谓的“后进生”进行培优转化工作。因此,在运用“二八定律”的同时,还要充分利用“长尾理论”,克服二者之间的冲突,做到班级管理的“首尾兼顾”。
In the field of class management, educators, especially the teachers in charge of class should value the small part of the excellent students, meanwhile they should treasure the majority of medium level' s students and underachieved students equally. While using the "Eighty-Twenty" Rule, we must make full use of Long Tail Theory and we should try our best to overcome the conflicts between them. If we overcome the conflicts successfully, all the students will make as much progress as they can.
