维持性血液透析患者心血管并发症与炎症反应及氧化应激的相关性研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的:探讨维持性血液透析患者心血管并发症与炎症反应及氧化应激的关系。方法:选取60例常规血液透析患者(非心血管病变28例,心血管病变42例),采用可见光分光光度法测定MDA、SOD,使用酶标仪检测晚期蛋白质氧化产物(AOPP),选取C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-10(IL-10)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)作为炎症指标,分析心血管并发症与氧化应激指标及炎症反应指标的关系。结果:Pearson相关分析表明,CRP与MDA、AOPP呈正相关(r=0.514,r=0.372,P<0.05),与SOD呈负相关(r=-0.391,P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,对心血管事件发生与否具影响力的指标是CRP(回归系数为2.032)。结论:①MHD心血管并发症患者存在明显的炎症反应及氧化应激状态;②对心血管事件发生与否具影响力的指标是CRP。
