摘要
目的 观察痰热清对成人传染性单核细胞增多症的治疗效果。方法将60例成人传染性单核细胞增多症患者分为常规治疗组和痰热清治疗组，比较两组患者退热、淋巴结缩小、肝功能恢复和治愈时间。结果痰热清治疗组退热时间为（2．6±1．2）d，肝功能恢复时间为（8．7±3．3）d，病程（9．5±2．3）d，较常规治疗组能明显缩短[分别为（6.3±1．1）d，（10．3±2．43）d，病程（11．2±2．1）d，均P〈0．05]；痰热清组治愈率显著高于常规治疗组（70．0％vs33．3％，X^2=8．076，P〈0．05）。2组总有效率、淋巴结缩小时间差异无统计学意义。结论痰热清对成人传染性单核细胞增多症有较好疗效，特别是伴有肝功能损害者。临床应用安全，可作为成人传染性单核细胞增多症有效治疗措施之一。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of TanReQing （TRQ） in treating adult infectious mononucleosis（IM）. Methods 60 IM patients, 14 males and 16 females, aged 18 - 41, were divided into 2 equal groups： conventional treatment group treated mainly with ganciclovir or ribavirin and TRQ-treatment group mainly treated with TanReQing injection for 14 days. The clinical manifestations were observed. Results In the TRQ group, the remedy time of fever was （2.6±1.2） days, liver function recovery time was （8.7± 3.3） days, and course of disease was （9.5 ± 2.3） days, all significantly shorter than those of the conventional group [ （6.3±1.1） days, （10.3±2.43） days, and （11.2±2.1） days respectively, all P〈 0.05]. The lymph node reduction time of the TanReQing group was （10.2±2.7） days, not significantly different from that of the conventional group [（9.6 ± 3.5） days]. The cure rate of the TanReQing group was 70%, significantly higher than that of the conventional group （33.3%, P 〈 0.05）, and the total effective rate of the TanReQing group was 96.7%, not significantly different from that of the conventional group （83.3%, P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion TRQ treatment obviously shortens the course of disease and recovery time of liver function in treatment of adult IM especially that complicated with liver damage.
