摘要
选取192羽1日龄健康AA肉鸡(公母各半),随机分为4组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验1组、试验2组和试验3组,分别饲喂在基础日粮中添加0.5%、1.0%和2.0%的稻草菌糠的日粮,研究不同添加水平稻草菌糠对AA肉鸡生长性能和内分泌代谢的影响,并确定最适添加比例。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,49日龄时,试验1组体增重提高6.24%(P<0.05),采食量提高6.74%(P<0.01);(2)试验组血清T3、T4和胰岛素水平显著高于对照组。在基础日粮中添加0.5%的稻草菌糠能有效地提高AA肉鸡的生长性能和调节其内分泌代谢。
One hundred and ninety two one-day-old AA broiler chickens (equal numbers of male and female)were randomly allotted into 4 groups,control group was fed basal diets,test group Ⅰ ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were fed basal diets added 0.5 %, 1.0 % and 2.0 % straw-fungus bran respectively,to study the effects of different amounts of straw-fungus bran on growth performance and endocrine metabolism of AA broiler chickens,the optimum addition was also determined.The resuits showed that: (1)Compared with the control group,body weight gain of chickens on 49-day-old in test group Ⅰ was increased by 6.24 % siguificantly(P 〈 0.05),feed intake was increased by 6.74 % siguificantly(P 〈 0.01 ). (2)The levels of T3 ,T4 and insulin in the serum of test groups were significantly higher than those of the control group.It was indicated that the basal diets added 0.5 % straw-fungus bran could effectively improve growth performance and regulate endocrine metabolism of AA broiler chickens.
