头颈部肿瘤放疗病人营养干预的效果观察 被引量：16

摘要 [目的]探讨头颈部肿瘤放疗病人营养干预的效果。[方法]将156例病人随机分为观察组和对照组,每组78例,两组病人均给予常规的放疗和护理,同时给予饮食指导。观察组在此基础上,要求营养食堂或病人家属每天或隔天增加1份主食药膳和2份药粥。观察项目包括简易营养评价(MNA)、体格测量、生化检测及放疗不良反应评价。[结果]观察组放疗第4周和放疗结束的营养状况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组放疗结束的各项营养指标比对照组明显改善(P<0.05);观察组放疗第2周、第4周及放疗结束的不良反应较对照组明显少(P<0.05)。[结论]合理的营养干预对于减少头颈部肿瘤病人放疗的不良反应,提供机体对放疗的耐受力,改善营养状态,具有十分重要的意义。
