摘要
为了研制高产高效高可靠性的高端液压支架,作为安全性能和技术性能试验检测的关键设备——大吨位试验台的性能是非常重要的。利用ANSYS软件获得了30 000 kN液压支架试验台在液压支架不同加载模式下的应力及应变分布情况,分析了影响试验台可靠性的应力集中问题。研究结果表明,试验台在30 000 kN压力下各个工况受力均在安全范围内,而应力分布严重不均匀,因此妥善处理接触部位的倒角过渡对提高试验台的可靠性具有重要意义。
In order to research and develop the high production, high efficient, high reliability and high ranking hydraulic powered supports, the performance of the high tonnage test rig to test and measure the safety performance and technical performance were very important. With the ANSYS software, the stress and strain distributions of the 30 000 kN hydraulic powered support test rig under the different loading mode of the hydraulic powered supports were obtained and the stress concentrated problems influenced to the reliability of the test rig was analyzed. The research resuhs showed that each performance stressed of the test rig under the pressure of 30 000 kN would be all within the safety scope. Due to the stress was not well distributed seriously, the proper treatment of the chamfer angle transition for the contact locations would have the great significanees to improve the reliability of the test rig.
