摘要
主楼工作中同时受到静载荷和动载荷的作用,在力学分析时除要进行静力学分析外,还要进行动力学分析。基于有限元法采用ANSYS软件对水泥搅拌楼主楼进行了模态分析,得出了主楼固有频率和各阶主振型,为该设备的进一步优化设计提供了依据。
Static load and dynamic load exist in a concrete mixing station. Static and dynamic mechanics analysis should be done. Based on finite element method analysis, modal analysis of a mixing station is introduced, and several natural frequency and vibration model on it, which are attended are obtained. The analysis result is obtained. These are useful for its structure optimal design.
