摘要
根据大学生心理卫生的特点，设计了“大学生心理档案计算机管理系统”。通过设计的答题卡，运用光电读卡机将某大学４个年级的２３５１名本科学生的信息代码输入该系统，建立了大学生心理档案数据库，并对输入数据资料作了相应的汇总和分析。结果显示：这一系统使用灵活方便、操作简单、数据处理速度快、易于推广和普及。程序使用模块设计易于扩充和修改。系统的建立对大学生心理卫生状况进行系统科学研究和预防监测提供了快速有效的工具及大量丰富的资料信息。
Based on the characteristics of undergraduate mental health, a computer management system on undergraduate psychological archives was designed. The data on 2351 undergraduates of 4 grades in a certain university who received designed answer sheet were input by using optical mark reader, and the database of undergraduatbeing modified and expanded. The establishment of this system will provide speediness and valid tools for systematic syudy and prevention supervision on undergraduate psychological health condition.
