Development of Phosphate Base Prescription for Circulating Cooling Water Treatment

摘要 简明扼要地总结了磷系配方的发展历程,从中可以看出,随着循环冷却水从酸性运行向碱性运行的发展,随着循环冷却水处理技术向较苛刻水质的扩展,原始磷系配方中的磷酸盐逐渐被稳定性更好、兼备缓蚀阻垢性能的有机膦酸盐所替代,与此同时,具备分散阻垢能力的聚电解质也被引入磷系配方,使之更加完备。 The developmental progress of the phosphate base prescription is summarised,it can be shown that with the development of the circulating cooling water turning from acid system to alkaline system,and the circulating cooling water treatment technique toward to strict quality demands,the phosphate in the prescription of original phosphate is gradual replaced by organic phosphate which is provided with better stability,inhibition of corrosion and scale.At the meantime,the polyelectrolyte is also added to the phosphate base prescription which is provided with scale inhibition and full satisfaction.
